For over the past 5 years we have partnered with the Times of India to inspire the masses across a 3 day long ideas’ festival. With multiple parallel tracks running throughout the day, and a host of creative workshops conducted by specialists each year we host over 150 VIPs and more than 15,000 visitors. The likes of Shashi Tharoor, Hema Malini, Twinkle Khanna, Tina Brown, Shobha De, Devdutt Pattanaik, Gulzar, Anand Gandhi, Adrian Levy, Laura Penny, Willam Dalrymple, Cathy Wilcox, John Donahue, Anupama Chopra, Suhel Seth, Kunal Vijaykar & Vikas Khanna partipate and attend the festival. From creating a forum for great minds to interact with one another to entertaining the masses, we turn the page each year to deliver something truly thought provoking and memorable.
For 4 years in a row, we have curated the presence of the Times Network and a plethora of its brands at Goa Fest. From the multiple activations and branding innovations to the Zoom party hosted for the participants of the Fest, we deliver an end to end experience, constantly innovating each year to create something unique.
A festival for the fans, MAMI Movie Mela is a platform for movie buffs to take a peek behind the scenes. Over 3000 fans visit each year to get a chance meet the stars and the personalities who make the magic happen. Interactive experiences, installations and photo op moments provide festival-goers with special memories to be cherished for a lifetime.
Celebrating the protectors of our financial frontier, the Customs Half Marathon 2017 was the first ever half marathon hosted through the heritage area of South Mumbai. With celebrities like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shekhar Suman, Vinod Kambli and Alique Padamsee flagging off over 10,000 runners and dignitaries like Hon. Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely and Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devnadra Fadnavis giving away the awards, the event hosted performances by legends like Shivamani to celebrate this iconic moment in the history of Mumbai’s Customs department.
Over the past 9 years, Times of India has been celebrating the spirit of womanhood by inviting strong, bold, and like-minded souls to be a part of a magnificent Time-Speed-Distance drive. Each year over 1,500 women from Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru participate in the race all the way to Goa for the grand finale. With celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor & Cyrus Sahukar joining in the fun, we shift gears between multiple locations to create a seamless experiencing from start to finish.
The BESCOM Times Power Walk was a unique property that included a walkathon around Bangalore’s most iconic area as well as a first-of-its kind pedal-powered activity. With dignitaries like Hon’ Minister for Energy, for the Government of Karnataka, Shri D.K. Shivakumar, the Vasu Dixit Collective, MLA NA Harris, Mayor Shri Sampath Raj, Shruthi Hariharan, and RJ Prithviraj the event saw participation from over 10,000 people, uniting for the cause of sustainable living. We electrified the event by creating truly memorable experiences for all those who witnessed and participated in it.
An annual forum for the top leadership team of Viacom18 across their multiple channels and brands, in its 4th year the Conference also hosted names like Mitlati Raj, Sonam Wangchuk, Malika Dua, Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra, Pawan Kumar and Amish Tripathi across panel discussions and a keynote address, as well as included sessions by company leaders such as Sudhanshu Vats and Raj Nayak. The event was spread across 2 days, making it an enriching experience for all.
For the last 6 years we have been hosting the annual conferences for multiple division of Godrej. With over 10 destinations between them nationally and internationally, we have helped connect, unify and build partnerships with over 1500 people each year.
Across 4 days and 500 participants, the Pfizer annual conference is hosted in a new city every time. Over the years, we have helped translate the event’s communication objective, unify teams and engage the internal audiences to help absorb the core objective in an experiential manner.
Bi-annually, India First Life Insurance holds conferences for its teams across India. Over the past few years, we have curated multiple themes across various destinations with fun activities that help promote a spirit of partnership with a dash of friendly competition.
Instituted by the Times Network, these awards honor non-resident Indians, persons of Indian origin and Indian expatriates from various fields, for their achievements. Over the last 3 years we have hosted over 900 dignitaries while crafting unique experiences for them each year. Among the awardees have been Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwayria Rai Bachchan, Sania Mirza and the Bahubali team for setting new benchmarks of excellence in their respective fields.
Instituted by the Economic Times, these awards are the ultimate celebration of excellence and the benchmark for the highest standards of innovation, in the ultra-competitive telecom sector. Across 2 years we have hosted over 600 dignities for the same, creating relevant and engaging content driven experiences.
Over the last 2 years, we have been conceptualizing, designing and executing these awards that celebrate all best of the latest four and two-wheeler vehicles across various categories. From picking the test tracks to curating the show, we have hosted over 400 dignitaries across the years becoming the engine that drives the excellence for this show.
Encapsulating the essence of the show in the form of welcoming of an unconventional bride, we curated the suhaag thaal experience, giving the press a chance to savor the best of the show’s setting while enjoying the chance to break bread with its artists.
The successful show’s premise revolved around the concept of ‘Silence Speaks Louder than Words’. In keeping with the same, we did a silent press conference where the press was privy to the secrets that can be heard through silence, only if they put on the specially provided wireless headphones.
Set in Rajasthan, the press conference was hosted in Jaipur at a palatial lawn. A sand artist first took the press through the premise of the show, followed by the promo launch on a transparent glass screen. This screen was then dramatically shattered to reveal a live act on-stage by the artists, that brought alive the theme of the show.
The stylish kitchenware brand was launched with an elegant concept that transformed the classic knife sharpening wheel into the Visual Merchandising display for their newest range of products.
Launching the colourful channel with relevant content was done by creating an experience that exuded the culture of the people but with a flavour of the brand infused into it.
Resonating with the youth, the launch of this channel was done though a unique curated interactive dance performance that was the highlight of the show. The dance brought out the highlights of the channel and was a perfect gateway into giving insight about the youth flavour. Following the dance we had multiple performances by the actors of the various shows to introduce the same.
As the channel revamped its look and its mission statement we created an event that showcased each offering of the channel like a piece of art. Alongside spokespersons and glitterati alike sharing their thoughts, the event was truly a night to remember with Dr. Subhash Chandra and Anupam Kher participating in the event.
Celebrating the spring-time festival that marks the traditional new year for Marathi Hindus we created an event that brought together the team and the cast across multiple shows. Over the two years the party played host to the likes of Renuka Sahaney, Sachin & Supriya Pilgaonkar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Asha Negi, Usha Nandkarni, Savita Prabhune and many more.
Aimed to entertain, the Zoom party is a place where after a long day at Goafest 2018, the delegates from the conference let loose and have fun. For the last 3 years the party has hosted performances by the likes of HardKaur and played host to names like Sujit Mishra, M.K. Ghandhi.

The Economic Times ACETECH expo is a leading trade fair in Asia for architecture, building materials, innovation & design and only third-of-its-kind in the world. We conceptualized, designed and executed the UltraTech stall for the same. It showcased the various products, solutions and innovations that the brand has to offer through experiential and interactive setups. The stall won the jury award for the best design.
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in association with SEPC and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India organizes the GES Summit to provide a platform to all the participants, delegates, business visitors and other key decision makers from the services industry and other related industries to interact with and explore new business avenues. Across 2 years we have created experiential offerings to showcase the plethora of brands that fall under the gamut of Viacom18.
The Big 5 is a two-day event which features internationally renowned experts providing the latest technical information alongside a dedicated trade fair. We curated the experience for Godrej Locking Systems and Solutions to showcase their best offerings and newest products.
Hosted at High Street Pheonix, Mumbai was the grand finale of Srishti Bakshi and Crossbow Miles’s initiative of walking 38000 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Kashmir for women empowerment and to promote their safety. The finale event featured performances by many young artists and by Rekha Bhardwaj as well as guest appearances by Sushmita Sen, Dia Mirza and Sarah Jane Dias.
Standing alongside the ‘Swacch Bharat’ initiative, this drive powered by Viacom18 has had many events under its gamut. From interactive trash cans at the Supersonic festival to curating the washrooms across Mumbai with distinct artworks on them that reflect the culture of the space, several unique engagements have been done to mobilise the city and its people to participate. Sudhanshu Vats, Sonia Huria, Urmila Kothare, Mahesh Kothare and Sonali Kulkarni have all participated across multiple forums to lead by example.
An award winning promotional activity, the levitating host of the show generated over 5000 Eyeballs On Ground and over 6,00,000+ views through Digital Amplification. The accolades won include, Silver at the Asian Marketing Awards Singapore & Gold at WOW Awards for the best activation program for the year for a media brand.
The perfect mix of arts and smarts, we curated a one day carnival for children hosted by kidzee with theme of edutainment. Hosted across 12 cities averaging up to 8000 footfalls per city, the same had magic shows and special performances to entertain the kids and 12 lucky children won cycles during th day.
Across multiple shows and several characters, we have brought brand Nickelodeon to its fans in various experiential concepts that deliver smiles all around.
Travelling from Asia to the Middle East, we curated the property ‘Concord’ under the gamut of which several events have been conducted over a period of two years including press conferences and product launches. With over a 1,000 delegates across multiple nations we created experiences that embody the message of unification, partnership and camaraderie across various stakeholders from the Godrej family.
From Hong Kong to Macau, we travelled with over 600 employees and dealers to celebrate their successes and strategise for the year to come. Internal team building and a gala awards nights were only matched in their dazzling brilliance by the presence of Boman Irani as a motivational speaker for the event.
Crafting a unique B2B experience, we curated an experiential mobile museum that showcased the several solutions offered by Godrej to its dealers. The same travelled to over 20 locations in the country connection with over a 100 dealerships. We crafted an entire campaign that was executed internationally to supplement the same.
Arabian Travel Market in Dubai is the market’s leading international travel & tourism event for unlocking business potential within the Middle East. We captured the imagination of over 20,000 travel professionals annually across 3 years by creating interactive and engaging experiences to showcase the various packages offered by Cleartrip.
